I always tell people how I have spent years learning the “rules” of photography and that since art is so subjective there are not hard and fast rules so its taken me a long time. But that today, exceptional photography comes from someone who knows how to break the rules to their advantage and while these are pretty standard Senior pictures, I’m proud of the way they turned out. On this particular day it was extremely cloudy, somewhat grey and almost sunset when we shot. I was able to use white balance, exposure comp, and aperture to work together to create a brighter feel.
